I had a Generac whole house generator installed at my home by a local electrical contractor. When I needed warranty work done on the unit, that local contractor no longer had a Generac warranty certified technician onsite.

When I contacted Generac, they gave me the name of PM Electrical LLC, who was certified for warranty work. Pat Feeney came to my home same day to analyze my generator's problem. He assessed its condition, determined the problem, ordered replacement parts, and fixed the unit the next day. The generator, once again runs like new.
